Gırtlak reflüsü Ağızda tat bozukluğu, yutkunurken takılma hissi, geniz akıntısı, sürekli ses temizleme ihtiyacı, ses kısıklığı diş etlerinde ve dilde yanma, hassasiyet gibi birçok şikâyete neden olabilen gırtlak reflüsü günümüzde oldukça yaygın olarak görülmektedir. Pandemi döneminde vücut direncimizi yükseltmemiz için yayın organlarından yapılan gıda önerileri miktar ve çeşitlilik olarak abartılıp mide, barsak sorunları ile sıkça polikliniklere başvurmaktadırlar. Karantina tedbirlerinin akabinde artan şikâyetlerle polikliniklere başvuran hastalarda gırtlak reflüsü bulguları endoskopik görüntüleme ile tespit edilerek tanı konulmaktadır. Tanıyı tedavi ve diyet önerileri takip eder. Tedavi süreci sonunda hastaların büyük çoğunluğunda tüm semptomların ortadan kalktığı görülür.
